Now it is noted that if the live-stream is too buggy, it might be the lack of good graphics card in my computer. This is going to be fixed next week regardless, since I'm pumping $300 into my baby so I can run other games such as APB.

So, if it doesn't work Saturday, it -should- work next week!

I played through the demo, but it was very disappointing. Didn't find any monsters other than the water things.

Much of the monsters come later on in the game. The game's initial scariness comes from eerie sounds, dark lighting, and you more or less expecting to see something and not having those expectations met. Toward the end of the game, especially when you get down to the inner chambers, can be REALLY scary, disturbing, and disgusting (in some cases).

I'm looking forward to this very much!

I think Yahtzee's review of the game is quite accurate. WARNING for some swears and stuff like that, but it is hilarious.

I'm literally scared shitless. I've cried, squealed and cursed more than I have in literally forever. There's a reason I avoid all horror games and films.

So, I added a poll. Please comment and give me feedback! In regards to the lag, that -should- be fixed when I get my graphics card and new power supply for it Tuesdayish. So, besides that, let me know what I need to do!

I also never knew you never drank before. Trying something with a small concentration of alcohol before going at it the next time might help with the fear. They do call it liquid courage...

...Yeah. A little alcohol and Amnesia... Totally legit... Totally.

But I loved it, still. Kinda' felt sorry for you, but enjoyed the show regardless.

Don't worry about missing it!... I'm thinking about hosting another Wednesday(I should be upgraded by then!) and actually record this play through and put it on Youtube. Or something.

The amount of liquid courage required to play Amnesia and not get scared is about the equivalence of a constant IV drip from some cask wine throughout the playthrough.

I missed it too, I feel bad for it. I'll try to make the next one.
