Teamspeak Mic Issues

As the title states, I'm having microphone issues while on Teamspeak. The mic works fine and all, but every time I go to turn the mic on, I can hear my mouse-clicks and keyboard typing in the background, and then it continues in a really long, shrilling echo.
Anybody know what I can do to fix this? |
