The fix to display IDs

I found this, and it works. This is for those of us tired of seeing the big red "?" in our inventories.
Just extract it to your interface>Addons folder. It's the next best thing to a server side fix.

As per usual, I can't make it work. Do you install it just like a normal addon?

Yep, just decompress to the addons folder like a regular addon.

Indeed. Be sure you have the files in a DIF folder within your AddOns directory.

Wow, thank you very much! I'd heard something was in the works but I didn't have much time to look and couldn't find it.

Qaza ~ If you find a fix other than what Kretol suggested, please post it! I get weird addon conflicts and haven't tracked down the culprit yet.

It doesn't appear to fix that (I got the addon to work after a game restart and cache clearing), but at least you'll know what it is!

I really want someone to find a fix for the equipping! It annoys me so much!
