So, I got my character Alastor Dwane approved about two days before the restart of the server. Does that mean I have to get him re-approved now?

It might have been a better idea to wait, knowing the restart was coming.
Still, 20/20 in hindsight.

If there's no changes, it'll probably get approved right away.

Depends. If they were opening post restart profiles when it was approved, then no, I think.

You kinda jumped the gun and made a post-restart profile before we were accepting them, so now you got to go through the process again.
