Perhaps there could be a zeppelin above GMI, akin to the crafts zeppelin, but containing the vendors for all the mounts like that arathi farms back on the old core. I think this would be really helpful and awesome. Either a bridge, death stairs, or a portal could connect it to the ground.

There is a problem with using Zeppelins though, sometimes the NPCs fall through the floor. I would say that using Zeppelins for this kind of thing would be a bad idea.
