...okay. So I was playing on my bro's mess-around-as-a-gm private server, and I found an object called Tirion Fordring's Grave in the database. It isn't on wowwiki, and my brother has no custom items...does this foretell his death in the near soonness!?

Actually, it refers to an already impletemented quest in Vanilla.
You see, you are sent to pick up things for Tirion out in the EPL.
One of the items is in his fake grave.

Aye, Tirion's wife Karandra didn't follow Tirion into his exile, and in the hopes of having her son still think highly of his father, she created a false grave. For many years Taelan Fordring believed that his father was buried at that exact spot.
