Since i'm stuck her on college 'till 16:45
 I'm going to ask my question here. What extra perks to Grunts get? Apart from instant-80, extra bags, some cash. If there is any extra information, I would be happy to hear it to!

When you become a grunt you're also able to make prestige classes, other then that, the rest of the things you mentioned are about it.
