Stealth

Eh, when i do that, i tend to get a huge torrent of angry "Stealth is not IC QQ!!!". Would love to be able to use the sneak animation though, as it just feels a lot more natural than just walking behind someone.

As an aside, if you get told this, you can kindly tell the people to shove it. Abilities you have can be used ICly. This includes Stealth, so long as it is used responsibly (such as, ya know, not stealthing in plain sight when someone is looking directly at you.)

Hehe, that's pretty true. What about Shadowstep? How do you think that'd work icly?

It's an illusion. The people don't "literally" Step through nothingness to get behind someone. Thats likely just what the rogue would tell people later on to mystify them. I imagine its just smoke and mirrors (non literally), As in, distract the enemy, then BAM! your behind them and OMIGOSH! there is a knife in their back!

Is stealth IC if used properly? Say you're hiding in the bush and because of your class and the type of a armor a rogue wears, you would blend in better, then is it ok to use stealth?

Well the other players should just pretend to not see you, unless you move or don't hold your breath..
