sighted in the area of Ratchet.
One is believed to be a Human
wearing a Crow-like mask, most likely
littered with bullet wounds
The other is believed to be a
Sin'dorei wearing a hood, also wounded
by bullets
Anyone with information shall speak with
the Steamwheelde Cartel's authorities
