I eradicated any mention of asking GMs to look at your profile in the stickies in the Profiles forum. This should have been done a long time ago, as doing so is completely and utterly worthless. We check the profiles on our own time, and asking does nothing but get us upset.
DO NOT ASK A GM TO CHECK YOUR PROFILE. EVER. NO, DO NOT DO IT.
It may take a while for your profile to get checked. Maybe even over a week. *This is normal. Do not pester us about it.* We GMs are unpaid volunteers, we do the work when we have the time and energy to do it. I make a point to look over every profile at least briefly when I do my rounds, so no, *we have not forgotten about your profile, nor will we ever.*
