Hey, I've not been in-game for many months but I've finally gotten WoW again and I appear unable to log in. Possibly because of the new "Battle.net Account Name" where I would put my username and logging in is different now?

I logged in after several months myself and putting in my old account info worked fine on the new client.

Not to state the obvious but it could be that you are entering your forum account info there.
Also, did you change the realmlist?

Heh.. He got the copy of WoW from me, and I'm pretty sure that the realmlist.wtf file was actually a read-only file set to CotH's realmlist details.

As for not logging in, someone exploded the server, since the current core the server is running on is bugging like crazy, so you'll be stuck at the "Connecting" thingy.

Try giving us a bit more info on what is the error message? Then we probably will be able to help. :mrgreen:
