I must be doing something wrong...

Hello! Since I finally have time to actually play now, I have put in the correct realm list, but every time I try to login to my account, it says I need to download the most recent patch. I checked my realm list folder, and the realm list has automatically turned back to it's original thing. (set realmlist to worldofwarcraft.com, blah, blah.) I'm kinda stumped in this situation. Any smart persons wanna help me?

Are you opening the game with Launcher.exe or Wow.exe? The latter is what you need to be using. Beyond that, I am not too certain of what else can help.

I'm opening it with Wow.exe. I know not to use the launcher because it will always try to download the patch. It let's me to the login screen, but once I do login it pops up the message; Patch Required, with a reset button.
