Enchanting Rods

I know the vendors have the bulk of the rods needed for endgame enchanting. But the Silver Rod and the Golden Rod are both missing. Would it be possible to have them added or is this intentional?

It's intentional due to, as I recall correctly, the rod right after those not having a level requirement.

Yup, you can go ahead and get the fel iron one right away and skip all the others.
