Crash on loading character

For some reason my WOW crashes when I try to load my warlock Amaris. I get the error message:

This application has encountered a critical error:

ERROR #134 (0x85100086) Fatal Condition
Program: C:\....\Wow.exe

Failed to read file Textures\BakedNpcTextures\d2cb663f5c341a10175741e7dc9b94c8.blp.

I've tried both teleporting and unstucking her but neither seems to work.

Try running a repair. Be sure to remember to change your realmlist back after doing so.
