On the forums? Nar. The approval is just part of the process to becoming a grunt and getting a level bump in-game.

Oh no, you don't need to wait a month to post a profile. You just need to wait a month in order to to fill in the questionnaire and become a Grunt. One of the requirements is to have an approved profile.

I would suggest posting your profile soon, so you can have time to edit whatever the GMs don't like. If there is such thing, of course. Like this, when the time to try for Grunt comes, you won't have to wait more in order to get your char profile approved.
