Issue with Guild System, HALP!

So I disbanded my guild because I was the only one in it and the ranks were bugging out on me. I planned on recreating it immediately, but every time I try to purcahse a guild charter with the 'The Advent Citadel' name on it, it says the guild already exists. Whenever I try to buy a guild charter with any other name, it says I already have a guild charter, which I do not! HALP! I was hoping to get some RP going as people wanted to join, and now I can't even make the guild! Rensin directed me here to get some help so yea ;
