The one from Booty Bay seems a little unneeded as there's a transpolyporter to BB in Ratchet, which is easily accessible via component teleport.
The other locations to put NPCs in seems a bit unneeded aswell, atleast in my opinion, because most of the time no one's ever there. Of course, at the end of the day it comes down to Kretol and not myself, but personally I don't really think they're needed.
