Goblins and Worgens CONFIRMED as next two races

If you aren't a fan of ferocity and brutality then you should not RP as a Worgen when we upgrade. That is a very big part of who they are, even with the elixir to stunt the beast within.

The playable Goblins won't be formally associated with any of the neutral Goblin trading organizations we already know and love (figuratively speaking, of course; the Steamwheedle Cartel's been bilking us for years). There's also no mention so far of the other Goblins going anywhere, so I'm assuming that the game's preexisting Goblins will remain in the game in whatever capacity they can post-cataclysm, and the Horde Goblins are a faction unto themselves named the Bilgewater Cartel.

It's good they're finally putting that Cartel in game. The goblin thing is a lot more easier to swallow, now. Well sorta. Whatever.

Overall I think we don't have much of a right to get on Blizzards case about this, because they own it outright and they made the lore, so how can they mess up their own lore? they may be crazed with it and yes I find my own faults in it but it's still none the less, theres.

Well, even if it's their lore, I believe that they are going a little too out of control with this. Deathwing coming back and the land being ravaged, that's pretty reasonable.

Worgen and Goblins? I have a few concerns, but overall, if they can explain it well, I won't have any serious issues.

Class/Race Combos? ....

WTF? Some of these are ridiculous, but some I believe they are well deserved.

Yeah you're right. They are feral, but I see them only as feral as orcs and can be seen as a companion of the Night Elves, so they are indeed savage. That serum King Genn puts in them makes them human, and they fight a civil war between the sentient and the crazed ones. So I guess, with such a thing as orc generals and strategists (At least, smart enough in orc standards), I don't see whats wrong playing a strategical genius of a worgen general, at least in savage worgen standards.

Would playing a Goblin restrict you to the incoming lore from escaping the Cataclysm or would you be able to have been born in Booty Bay or Ratchet or other Goblin city?

I think it's too early for anything. Don't even think about any rp for, let alone make plans that include, this expansion.

Yep. Considering Cata is going to be released mid 2010, or something like that, we'll be getting it even later. We should leave the planning to when the expansion's actually up on retail, and even then is fairly soon. Think about how long it took for WOTLK to get on CotH.
