The screenshot is from when I click a link to some form of picture attachment/other attachment. I use the same url as everyone else to arrive here.

I presume you've already tried purging your cookies and browser cache?

That should be no problem considering I freshly reinstalled my entire OS. Maybe I'm missing something?
