Patching problems, Help!

So. Just a heads-up, I have Windows Vista.

Anyway, I'm trying to patch up to 3.1.3. and it seems my computer refuses. I have successfully patched up to 3.1.1.9835, but when I try to download 3.1.2. I get an error that says that "The tracker is not responding". The Blizzard Downloader gets that error, and the BackgroundDownloader says there is no data for a later patch.

Any ideas, people? After waiting for so long for patch 3.1.0. to update, I don't want things to screw up once I actually got past it...

Added direct, certain they should work however testing them for virus anyway right now.

Edit : Nod 32 ESET Smart security 4 - database v. 4267 found nothing.

Thank you so much for the links. I downloaded the files and now it seems to be updating as it should. I'll report again if there are any further problems, which I doubt.
