Game Account Retrieval

Well sadly, I've spent about 6 hours patching and downloading/installing to turn up at the log-in screen with a blank stare at what username/password combo I used for this server. I attempted to search for a solution on the board but only 2 topics came up and they were fairly random and IC.

Am I out of luck with my ol' Tobala account or would there be a hope of getting my username back? If I can't get the username and password back than I wouldn't be surprised, probley a big pain to do; either way I'll be making a new story for my troll, I'd just hate to depart of my Tobala name.

You'll probably just need to remake the account. Everyone's was deleted for the update to WotLK.

Oh. 'Cause I remember there was a large clean up but I can't remember when everything was deleted. Was it after the time when the visitors had to get accepted introductions before making game accounts?

If you remember anything about Visitors, then you still have the account, The 'Visitor' rank was non-existant pre-wotlk and has -just- been removed again. Send a PM to Kretol and he'll reply with your account information.
