Purpose for the character/NPC: This fellow will be used to help foster RP in the Hyjal region, and possibly aid in defending the Firelands if the storyline in Hyjal gets to Rage of the Firelands.
Location the character/NPC will reside: He'll reside within the following locations: Hyjal, Thousand Needles, and Silithus, within, and around the camps of the Hammer. Should the Firelands becomes a storyline, he will be moved to there.
Level requested: 85. Hyjal is a very scary place. With druids, and angry elves.
