I have simple question. Since this a private server, will the creators help storylines using private server powers? For example, spawning mobs, altering the game world, etc.

Yes, Once we get to a stable update they begin working on custom content including; NPC's, Land, Mobs, Quests, Items. 2.4.3 was our last stable update. So once we find the 2.4.3 of 3. The GM's will begin working on all that fun stuff we all enjoy.
