It had been months since her acceptance letter made it’s way to her hand and Reigen was still just as confused as when she started. She was at a major disadvantage on two fronts. The first being that she was taking this training separate than most who flow from Arcanist to Magister. The second would be that she was not from a noble house, meaning that she did not have the prior knowledge of formalities and unspoken rules.
She had been ignoring the snide comments made by those who wandered the buildings with her, though the words still stung deep into her mind. In the end, it only strengthened the will of the small elf to prove others wrong about her. She had taken up the habit of carrying around a smaller notebook, using it to write down observations that would help her in her finial test. She had yet to do anything in the field, but was eagerly waiting her chance to do so.
Reigen sighed at the amount her notebook was lacking. Sadly too much of it was common sense to really be taught. It was something that those of noble birth all knew and was impossible to explain to outsiders. The elf knew she would never posses the knowledge of others and would be left behind rather fast unless she studied her rear off. It was not something she looked forward to, most of all between teaching and the whole 'Red Glove' scandal.
She had taken to studying the laws of Silvermoon as well, looking into them as in dept as she could to bring out the most important ones. While they were not laws by words, if several laws were merged together they would come out a lot more clear.
The small elf sighed, shaking her head at her notes thus far. She was displeased still with how unprepared she suddenly felt. She had writing formal letters down without a hassle, granted she'd take a very long time on her signatures. Once she practiced it enough, she'd be able to write even faster when she needed to.
A look of dread would cross the elf's features as she looked down to a different piece of paper. The paper would appear to be a class list of sorts as well as assigned reading. After a moment of hesitation, Reigen would let her eyes fall upon what was to be done.
Reigen twitched after a long moment, a look of pure horror upon her face. After taking a few deep breaths, the elf would drag herself to the public library, sign out the assigned books and prepare herself for the next days class. She glances down at the paper, almost dropping her books.
"Aw fluff."

Notebook Wrote:Mannerism to display:
- Never openly call an idea foolish or lacking in substance.
- Try to lead people away from bad ideas, let them think they're doubting it on their own.
- Never say no too much, allow small requests to pass though.
- If someone looks awful in an outfit, find a way to compliment them anyway.
- Never oppose the Silvermoon views, but you may add twists.
- Avoid speaking of interracial relationships. It is too heated of a subject to bring up. Always assume the other is against them.

Notebook Wrote:Silvermoon Laws [In a nutshell]:
- Happiness IS mandatory, citizen or not.
- Break laws, you die. [Note: Do not break laws.]
- Crimes against fashion can, oddly enough, be something arrest worthy for 'disturbing the peace'.
- Do not insult the dress code of the guards. They will mess you up.
- Illegal drugs are not allowed in public. Hookah is fine.
- Happiness is mandatory. [Note: Act happy]
- Public drunkenness is disallowed, as is sleeping in the streets. [Note: Likely to keep up Silvermoons reputation as a clean city with happy, loyal people.]
- Publicly speaking out about the city, in the City or elsewhere, will brand you as a traitor and earn you the noose.
- Happiness is mandatory. No exceptions.
