This file seems to stop me from logging in on Montague or going to the Undercity.
Due to how the thing is set up, I assume it's the same for all of Eastern Kingdoms. It appears to be the Northern bit only.
And Kalimdor. All of Kalimdor. But that also seems to be a totally seperate reason.
