I'm going to second shift at work. Dunno how long it'll last, but suffice to say I'll be on COTH a lot less.

On an unrelated note, I'll be out of town this weekend. I'll be missing two events I'd like to attend, so...

It's all relative to your roots eh? Yes it will be a boost from slav- I mean temporary work. If anyone knows what it's like to be under-employed... this will be as refreshing as an ice cold soda on the back of your neck.

On a related note, most of my training for second shift work actually takes place on first shift. So you'll have me for a week longer. Still heading out of town tomorrow. Ye'folk shud hop on ye dwarves n' bewey fer ol' Ural's sake.

I'm back and confess I've thought about COTH, new character ideas, story-lines and other things which proves I'm still an addict. I played some Pokemon White along the way and got my 8th badge... maybe I'll finish it someday. While at my friends' house we played some serious Mario Part 8, got pwnt in Halo 2 on Heroic cause I'm a FPS nub as well, hooked up four Monopoly boards and played for six hours, oh and went out for dinner and went bowling (which, yes, I am also a nub and only broke 100 once out of four games). Good weekend.

On the work-front: It seems I'll still be on first shift maybe until January. Basically the company is expanding operations and they really don't know what is going on until it happens. So... yeah ^^

Oh wait, wrong thread. I did my orientation /yawn and found out I am going to second-shift tomorrow! So, thusly, I retcon my retconz and is officially an outcast only to RP weird hours and miss all my peeps, events, ect, ect.

Almost got canned on Friday, because Fridays they start an hour early. And being the new guy, I forgot. Luckily I only got a black-mark* and time taken away from my vacation to cover it... Argh!

It seems I now RP extremely early my time or after I hit the sack for a few hours till I either take a nap or just go to work. I drive a forklift, so it's nice to see other colors than grey, black and caution yellow.

*Reminds me of a Family Guy moment.
