Account Issue...?

Hello!

I admit I have not searched to my fullest ability but I had an account on here with several characters on it that had been leveled and had gone through the approval process and what not. But now it seems I am unable to long into the server, I clicked the "*create server account*" and did that, thinking that I may have to re-submit it and then it would recognize my account, but that doesn't seem to be the case! :[ I am not sure if anything can be done but I thought I would ask!

You weren't actually here for the core-switch, were you?

We switched cores. So everyone had to start from scratch with their accounts and characters since we failed to find a way to transfer everything over physically.
