We're working on slowly making the Reborn Token quests and NPCs more RPish in nature. We've changed all of the NPCs to use different models, and you can talk to the Shard turn-in NPC to get a basic explanation of the story I plan on using for the quests.
Note that you may need to do a cache purge to see the name changes.
