Now yes, he does not exist. Yet. And in fact I have the story written. On my phone that has no internet. And until I can finish getting the info off of the phone, I can't do much. But I can explain a little bit of it.
Basically Icnivad is a power crazy Warlock with a sick sense of peace. What he thinks is that by eliminating all forms of freedom, everyone will be at peace. He has formed an army and more will be explained when I find the info again.
