I was perusing the addon market when it struck me that...my god, we need these!
TotalRP - Similar to FlagsRP, but more expressive in my own opinion, without any decrease in ease of access. (And it plays every sound in the game - DM what?)
Misspelled - The name betrays itself. It's a spellchecker, and it goes right into your chatbox. Sweet action.
Elephant - Epic chat logging. This keeps track of all things said in the chatbox for many more lines than Blizz's max, and even saves them in the event of a disconnect. Also good for screenshotting to a GM.

I've been using Misspelled and Elephant since I started playing here. Misspelled highlights misspelled words.. This is an absolute must IMHO. Elephant gives you a huge customizable text panel. I haven't really sat down and learned how to use all its features but its extremely handy for times when you want/need to see more than 4-5 lines of text. I would suggest adding at least Misspelled to the list.
- Cepht -
Randian - Sin'dorei Priest, Representative of Greystone Charities
Riley Gillespie aka "Stars" - Unhinged forsaken vagabond with a flare for fire
Alonus - Fallen holy priest with a pet serpent named "Ricky"
Haugus Bach - Forsaken Warlock with an appetite for torture and revenge. Previously a humble shoe maker.

A thing that logs chat? I've been looking all over for that! Epicness ensued.. Got to love a fish-like memory. not ;3
Mass spreading, no clue.. but these are -really- helpful.

We will search again for that light.
Hold it close, between our arms,
Listen again, to the priestess her charms.

I've been using FlagRSP2 myself for quite some time now and still love it. I would, however, love it even more if it had a feature that was in the original FlagRSP -- the ability to track interactions with other characters and their standings with my characters. I have a horrible memory sometimes, so it really allowed me to be thorough when interacting with other people, even on a limited basis.
I'd be ecstatic if I could find a mod that does this!
Thanks for the excellent list, Jason!

I used the hell out of every part of Elephant when I was a GM. I recommend it to anyone who needs to keep track of huge amounts of text, especially if they want to convert it into an IC post later.

Quote:It allows you to give more information to your character, like first and last names, title, age, origin, physical description, alignment and even mood.
You also can give names and description to all your mounts and pets!
This information is public for everyone who has the add-on.
It's also compatible with FlagRSP/MyRP/ImmersionRP users!
Yar. You can set in your registry of people if a character is uknown, neutral, unfriendly, or all the vice-versas.

That was my favorite feature of the original FlagRSP. It was so helpful, especially in remembering all of the little interactions that had occurred and the result of them. I'll be downloading this addon in the very near future.
Thank you for this! That just made my day.

Gonna give it a try, since I am new I don't have to worry so much about losing out on anything. Have you found any problems with users of different RP flagging systems' interoperability?

Yar, it's big. Haven't had trouble with it though. It's pretty much three addons quietly scraped together behind the other addon's backs. >.>

Total RP <- <3 It is awesome, so far personally I haven't lagged and I'm on a fairly standard setting (I think, apart from my OS) with....to many addons. For me it has helped in the past to cull there numbers. On the lag front at least.
The only problem I have with it, is that it can't really replace GHI with it's item creator because there incompatible (or so I've been told).
Misspelled <- <3 Very useful for those of us (like myself) who's first language is not english, and everyone else that didn't have there nose stuck in a grammatical book since they where five and/or is not human.
Rolltracker <- You know the link leads to misspelled again right? As far as RP use, I can't think of anything other than a casino for this one to be of any use. I thought perhaps roll fighting but it wouldn't work from what I understand as it erases the roll before, if I'm not mistaken, with each new one.
Elephant <- I have already needed to use this ones neat little feature, in several matters. Does anyone know if you can set it up so that it will either make a .txt archive on the computer without having to go and c&p everything you want on said archive. Maybe be able to set it on auto archive (not recommended) like you can with say Yahoo Messenger?

GHI is a must, its really handy and amazing for RP so I encourage people to get it, there are just so many possibilities!
As for Roleplay Ingame Profilers, Such as FlagsRP, Personally I use MRP (MyRolePlay) It is really handy and has a simple, really easy to understand layout. It has every feature needed to a great quality and also allows Quick hand (Full name and title, Guild, Level, RP status and mood) profiles to be viewed just by mouse hovering.
So I encourage people to get MRP and GHI because they are a great combo.
