PLEASE do not insert line breaks in your tickets for the time being. There is an error with how we see them in-game, and we currently have a bunch of tickets that read, "I have 10 tokens and I would like"... and that's it.

So, to be perfectly clear:

GOOD:

I have 3 tokens and would like a pony, a bunny, and a leper gnome.

BAD:

I have 3 tokens and would like:
A pony
A bunny
And a leper gnome
