Conquest of the Horde

So, I came across an NPC and a mob in Northrend:





And I was wondering if there is a set like either of those for players? I plan on making a Frost Wolf eventually.

First set is the shaman tier 2 set.
The second set looks like a combination of a wolf's head mask and the zul'aman shaman set, though coloured differently.

The first is a combination between tier 2 shoulders and I think tier 0 chest piece.
