PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEAAAAASE include the spell number or at least the item that the special effect comes from.
Asking for a bow that hits ranged enemies with fireballs is not helpful, and likely the request will be passed over until we can speak with you.
Asking for a bow that hits ranged enemies with fireballs (Chance on hit, from the Dwarven Hand Cannon, spell # 29625), will be filled with no problem.
Asking for a bow that has an on-use effect of turning you into a worgen will be passed over as well, as there is no currently existing spell in the game (that I'm aware of) that does this.
I am not posting this to pick on anyone, as I have spoken to quite a few people (and I am waiting to speak to more) on this subject.
