I applied to the Grunt usergroup about two weeks ago with all three vouches and a fully approved profile in the wiki, but I haven't become a Grunt yet even though several others have been promoted in this time. When I go to "Manage Usergroups" it says I'm pending for Grunt, but did it not go through or something? I'm just wondering if there's an error, not begging for a promotion or anything. Sorry if it's a normal delay.
It happens sometimes. For Hawk and myself it took about a month, but /shrug, it varies. Sometimes the GMs in control of the grunt user groups have more time on their hands which allows them to check it more often, other times they are busy with real life and can't.

Ahh, okay. Thanks. I was worried because all the people I asked before were promoted within a day.
I tend to go through and check/approve applications about once a week or so. However, I just realized that a second page had been started recently, and it seems four applicants were bumped back to that page (or at least, I see four currently).
The likely case is that those few that managed to be showing on the first page when I did a recent 'sweep' (about three of them) were the lucky ones, as I didn't notice there was a second page. Anyway, I'll go through the four pending ones now that I'm aware they're there.
