So it seems that RL is really going to bite me and the butt. I will not watch the Red Rose fall inactive! So Inner and outer members can make events -and- the leaders of both the rogue sect and the warrior sect can also make events! I will be on as much as possible, but as I said, I won't be on as much. I hope I can trust you guys to do an event every week, I wish to be one of the most active guilds

Yes, though we -are- an all race guild, Ormica -prefers- belves (Though she'd never say so)
So...I may be changing things up a little, nothing with storyline but the structure of the guild might change dew to some IC things Ormica has planned, I'll keep you informed.
Okay so I'm not seeing a lot of guild infighting >.< which in a normal guild is fricken awesome! But we are not normal, so the leaders of each "division" should be competing with each other to put a extra humph on that, the "division" that has her favor will gain "power" over the other divisions, this should help out If not I'll find something else >.<

Now I will soon enforce this...a guild event may be coming soon to help with that
Also, remember 'sect' leaders...you can make events as well and post 'em! With my schedule all mixed up I can't always be there and to keep it active well i'll need to relay on you guys! Please any hopeful new members, make sure to know the leader of your sect, I'll post 'em up soon!

So...what do people think about sub-guilds for each leader? Meaning the one with more supporters had more power? Just seing if we can get even more evily political >:3
I personally don't think that subguilds are a good idea. It would serve only to divide the guild further than it really needs to be, in my opinion. Subguilds would only be a good idea if you had a lot of people that needed to pursue a very specific goal—one that the guild as a whole could not devote its attentions to, which I don't think this guild is big enough for, nor any other guild on CotH.
I'm sure the Black Harvest is :P But the point would be for each factions to get supporters :P
