Conquest of the Horde

So I was fiddling around WoWModelViewer and I tried removing the ShowHair model and I saw this.

It sure is a hell of a lot better than a few of the hair models, IMO. Is there any way to actually produce this result in-game?

Either:
-An option to really toggle helmets off and showing this instead.
-Having an existing helmet model that is bugged or invisible to show this.
-Having a custom helmet model that is invisible, allowing for this to show instead.
-Replacing one of the other hair models. Especially the spiky ones.
-Custom MPQ file?

... That's a really nice armor set. Just sayin'...

It was supposed to be for a dwarven mountaineer uniform set consisting of a rogue clan forced to be dwarven mountaineers. Heh.

Anyway, as for the hair. Heck, even custom mpqs that only I can see and I'll be happy.
