Has the realmlist thing changed at all?

Are we on the newest patch at the moment?

DO NOT PATCH - Patch 4.0.1 released 10/12 - DO NOT PATCH

I have a gut feeling that we might not be on the newest patch.

Realmlist has not changed.

And no, I do not believe so. ^.~ We are before 4.0.1 still.. Can't find the current patch number. >.>

We are currently on Patch 3.3.5a.
Realmlist is as follows:
