What extra perks to Grunts get?
Apart from instant-80, extra bags, some cash.
If there is any extra information, I would be happy to hear it to!

When you become a grunt you're also able to make prestige classes, other then that, the rest of the things you mentioned are about it.

Also, the shoutbox becomes available to you. Teehee!

Don't forget the nice color you get which marks you as being one of the veterans of CotH!
