Has it been fixed?
Not to my knowledge... unless it's Pacific time now (after almost 6 days of uptime; wow!), it's still wonky.
Time and weather still flippety flops like the footwear with the same name.
Best to use GMT as a standard than rely on the in-game time, heh :P
